Justin came out after the tornado that hit Deer Park. He did not press the issue. He came up to me stating who he was and acknowledged that he knew he wasn’t the first to come by. Very polite and really just offered any help we needed, even after I told him we already had a vendor doing the work. The next day, I called him and he got a few guys out there immediately. Great customer service, and superior work than what we were getting from AmeroStar. Hurricane Glass is the only company I will call when I need anything. Being it was a tornado that destroyed us, he kept his word and made me feel comfortable. Best company I had the pleasure of doing business with. Referred him to our other properties and will refer Justin and Hurricane Glass from now on.
